Michael is a trained and EIT certified mechanical engineer from Tulane University and licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience. His responsibilities include overseeing the operation and construction of HPPs properties throughout Westchester County and the tri-state area. In his role as Managing Director/Broker, he manages a group of asset managers, brokers, and staff that oversee a portfolio of real estate, including multiple co-op/condo buildings, 2000 + residential units, and over 225,000 SF of commercial/retail space.
His construction experience includes the management and design of apartment renovations as well as large scale construction management including the erection of new buildings. Additionally, he has managed many major capital projects including roof replacements, building façade renovations and restorations, boiler replacements, and electrical upgrades. He is also experienced in environmental upgrades including boiler fuel conversions and the installation of computer controlled energy management systems.
