David Lulgjuraj is an Asset Manager/Real Estate Salesperson at Houlihan Parnes Properties. He manages a portfolio of retail, office and residential properties as well as construction projects. David manages over 100,000 square feet of commercial space and in excess of 250 residential units. As a broker, he has negotiated many lease and sale terms for residential and commercial properties.
David serves on the committee for the Mount Saint Michael Golf and Tennis Outing, which helps provide scholarships for students at his Alma Mater, Mount Saint Michael Academy in The Bronx. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Fordham University.
